OVERVIEW
This training programme has been designed for managers, executives, trainers, instructors, team leaders, supervision in organization who wish to provide structured, training and conduct relevant & fair assessments in their organization to achieve Peak Performance.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
Discuss the characteristic of a competent trainer;
Explain adult learning, principles and how training can be delivered effectively to adults;
Conduct training needs analysis.

Module 1: Plan Adult Learning
Module 2: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Module 3: Design Competency Based Training (CBT)
Module 4: Conduct Competency Based Training (CBT)
Module 5: Assess Participant’s Competence
METHODOLOGY
This course content will be delivered through short lectures, group discussions, group presentations, role-play and skill practise during the training programme.
